Why We Make These

You can't always choose your circumstances. You can choose your response.

“A world where people are the authors of their own lives.”

Our Values

  • Lead with Authenticity. We share from lived experience, speak plainly, and never pretend to have all the answers.
  • Serve with Compassion. We meet you where you are, honoring every season of life with empathy and respect.
  • Inspire Action. Every resource is built to move you from reflection to something you actually do.
  • Create with Excellence. Every resource is thought through — meaningful, practical, worth your time.
  • Keep Growing. Our best work evolves as we do, one step at a time.

The InTENtion Framework

Five pillars. Ten practices.

Every workbook in the series is built around the same framework — ten ongoing practices, organized into five pillars you can return to in any order, in any season.

Root
This is where it starts.
Clear
Feel what's there.
Align
Reconnect on purpose.
Grow
Carry it forward.
Bloom
In your own time.

Steadying yourself when everything else feels unsteady. Caring for your body. Getting through the hours in front of you.

You can't move through what you won't feel. Letting emotion surface instead of pushing it down.

Reconnecting — with yourself, your people, and the parts of your life that quietly went quiet.

Carrying what you've learned forward, while rebuilding the parts of life that need it.

Letting life, meaning, and connection back in — slowly, in whatever way works for you.

The Workbooks

Two workbooks. One framework.

Each is a standalone, practical guide built on the same Root · Clear · Align · Grow · Bloom framework — choose the one that meets you where you are.

My Story

Why I wrote these workbooks

In February 2023, I lost my significant other unexpectedly, and my life shifted in ways I never could have anticipated. Grief didn't arrive with clear edges or instructions — it seeped into everything: the way I moved through my days, the questions I asked myself, the truths I could no longer avoid.

There wasn't one moment where everything suddenly became clear. Awareness came gradually, through small choices and practices that helped me feel a little more grounded, connected, and alive again. I went to yoga. I joined a grief support group. I found people who let me grieve out loud instead of hiding it. Little by little, those things helped me survive — and, over time, they helped me begin rebuilding.

Living and grieving with intention has allowed me to keep going with purpose while still carrying what I've lost. It hasn't fixed anything, and it isn't a checklist. It's a way of choosing, on the hard days and the ordinary ones, to stay in the life I'm actually living instead of the one on autopilot.

The InTENtion Series was born from that process — for whoever needs it next.
